Here’s a mix I put together as a submission for the Friends & Family campout. I’ve really been digging the tech sound as of late! Big ups in particular to Olivier Giacomotto and Roy Rosenfeld, who are splattered all over this mix.

Recorded live in one take on 17 May 2012, on 1 Pioneer CDJ-1000, 1 Pioneer CDJ-800, and a Rane TTM56. No cuts, butts or coconuts. Enjoy!

Hey all,

It’s been a while since my last DJ mix, 10 months to be exact!  Sorry about that.  But hey, better than 3 years, which is how long it took me before that last one, “What You Hear Is What You Get (Vol. 1),” which by the way, I plan on making a Volume 2 of that one before the year is out!

This new one is a house mix.  There is a Volume 01 floating around somewhere in the archives, but I haven’t looked for it in a while.  If I get enough requests I’ll dig it up.

This was mixed and recorded on June 28, 2011, on 1 Pioneer CDJ-1000, 1 Pioneer CDJ-800, and my trusty Rane TTM -56i.
